Personal Best
I'm sure you're all excited to know that I completed a 3 mile run in under 29 minutes. 28.33.16 to be exact. This is a personal best for me. I've been running on and off for several years now and after doing a little research, I've found some of my times for races I've done (please note, this is not a complete list cause I know I did the Elvis is Alive race back in 2005 and I know my sister and did a New Year's Day race that I can't seem to find the results for.)

Congrats and good for you. You inspired me to look up old race results and I can't believe that the results from that 5k we ran together back in 2003 are still online: http://www.universalsole.com/results/mayfest/mayfest5kresults.htm
You'd think we'd have been much faster since we were 5 years younger back then!
I know, I found that race too. You and Deb are FAST! I am still slow but getting faster.
We'll have to run another race together soon.
In May, I finished the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon with a total time of 4 hours 40 minutes, which is a qualifying time for the Boston Marathon...
...if you're 74 years old, which I am not.
Congratulations on your running.

I look forward to the days when I am one of three our four in my age group running. I then have hopes of placing!
